Loading Bay Industry - Repair Supervisor (Leeds)

We have a requirement for an experienced Repairs Supervisor with commercial focus and excellent supervisory skills working for our Loading Systems Northern Operations Department in the Leeds region.

 

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out site surveys covering northern England and Scotland in order to produce customer quotations from our Service Management System.

 

To also process Repair jobs from cradle to grave including the management of a Repair Team.

 

The candidate must have experience in this industry (A mixture of Dock Levellers, Industrial Doors, Scissor lifts and Wheel restraints) to provide support with technical queries as required.

 

You should also have relevant qualifications along with an Engineering and/or Electrical/Mechanical background.

 

Previous experience of leading a team and customer relationship management within a service sector environment is advantageous.

 

The candidate must be fully IT literate with experience of quoting & processing repairs through a full cycle to completion.

 

A full driving licence is also essential.

Service Engineer - Based from the West Yorkshire Regional Office (Leeds)

We require an experienced Service Engineer to join our Lift Maintenance and Repair business stream. Working around the area of Leeds, the successful applicant will be responsible for tasks including:

·Carrying out routine servicing.

·Corrective maintenance and minor repairs to clients’ lifts.

·Participate in an out of hours call out rota.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have the ability to show a high standard of workmanship whilst working under minimum supervision.

Ideally you will have previous experience in:

·Servicing and repair of lift equipment.

·Qualified to or above NVQ level 3 (or apprenticeship + industry experience).

·Valid driving licence – as company vehicle is provided for the role.

·Handheld device knowledge as you will be required to use customer log on systems and company tablets - training will be provided.
